Our services are provided under two different structures, depending on each client's unique needs:

• Contingency search: Our most common way of working with clients, because it doesn't cost you anything to compare our candidates with the ones you have on your own. You give us your openings, and we refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is due; if not, there is no cost to you.

• Priority search: This is where one of our recruiters makes your search their number one priority! We serve as your company's primary recruiting resource; but unlike full retainer firms, we don't ask for exclusivity (except for within the MRI network).  We do, however, require 100% cooperation from the client during the process. Our fee is paid in two stages: you pay us one-third to initiate the search, and the remainder is paid when the candidate begins employment.
