| Resume Hints
First of all, because of our unique relationship with so many companies, for us to assist you in finding a job, we only need your "company" resume, not a detailed personal resume.
However, if you desire to do a personal resume, here are some quick thoughts to help you:
-
Make your resume a general summary of your background, keeping it to 2 pages max.
-
Expound on your specific project experience in a separate "Representative Project List" that covers a few examples of each area that you have experience in. Keep this to 3 pages max. You can usually get good examples of these from your firm's "company" resume.
-
Keep it simple; leave off graphics and pictures.
-
Leave off personal information: i.e., driver's license number, social security number, age, etc., to include references (provide them separately if asked to do so).
Remember to keep it directed to what
you have done, not others on your team.
